	Robert L. VanNoort, CPA – Principal rvn@vnacpa.com As Principal and founder of VanNoort & Associates, Bob is dedicated to serving and satisfying our client’s needs beyond their expectations. His experience includes financial reporting, profit maximization, and tax planning with a special focus on the Construction Industry. He enjoys helping clients acquire project financing and developing accounting systems and financial reporting to aid in the success of their business. Bob assures by his management ability that our team adheres to our firm's
mission and values. Being a business owner himself, he understands our clients' needs and concerns, and facilitates strategic action for improvement and growth. Bob graduated from Trinity Christian College with a degree in Accounting and formerly worked at a large national public accounting firm. He has been an active member of South West Suburban Home Builders since 1994, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois Society of CPA's, Construction Financial Management Association, National Association of Home Builders, Building Industries Association, and AICPA Practice Development Conference. Bob currently acts as Commissioner of Lansing's Planning and Zoning Committee, and was formerly Director on Lansing's Lan Oak Park Foundation and Chairman of his Church's Diaconate. Return to top



	Char Dolbeer – Staff Accountant cdolbeer@vnacpa.com Char has been with Van Noort & Associates as a Staff Accountant since 1998. Before joining Van Noort & Associates, Char worked in the accounting department at a major financial institution. Overall, she has over 11 years experience in public and private accounting. She is dedicated to serving our clients’ particular needs with general accounting and tax services. As the Chairman of the Information Technology Committee, Char maintains and updates the accounting software, computers, and
